Troubleshoot: UKG Login Issues

If you're having trouble accessing UKG, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check Your Link: Make sure you are using the right UKG link - bluecloud.ukg.net
  2. Restart Your Computer: Restart your computer to reboot the system
  3. Check Computer/System Update: Ensure your computer is up to date on its software
  4. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies from your browser setting.
  5. Try a Different Browser: Use a different browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.
  6. Verify Login Credentials: Make sure you are logged into your Microsoft account in the top right corner.
  7. Use SSO Only: Ensure that you are only clicking on the SSO button. DO NOT enter username/password.
  8. Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact IT team for assistance and ask if you are in the SSO group. Be sure to cc the HR inbox as well.
